I love the way Joy provides services. The receptionists, especially Amisha and Simran, are very professional and kind. Highly recommend Uptown Medspa! This was my first time getting laser hair removal, and I was nervous, but now I’m fully satisfied and even booking more services.

❌❌❌❌DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICES SPECIALLY WITH TECH “GAMMIE”
I had a very disappointing experience with my recent micro needling appointment. I arrived 20 minutes late due to an accident on my way, and when I met with the technician “Gammie”, she pushed me to switch to a chemical peel, despite my booking for micro-needling.
After finally proceeding with my original treatment, I had to wait over 35 minutes with numbing cream on (probably attending other customer ) before being asked to fill out a consent form—this should have been handled beforehand.
The technician also argued with me when I asked to remove the numbing cream And decided to discontinue the treatment with this unfrofessional service and tech throw my clothes on table in a very rude manner.

I felt disrespected and unimportant. Very unprofessional, and I hope they improve their customer service.

My first time (and definitely not my last) visiting Uptown Med Spa. I had the loveliest signature facial with Kimberly and saw immediate results post treatment. It was an easy to find location with ample parking and the friendliest reception.

I had a great experience with Kimberley for laser hair removal as she was very meticulous and professional with the treatment and took her time to glide the laser over areas I was most concerned about. I will definitely be booking with her again!
