❌❌❌❌DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICES SPECIALLY WITH TECH “GAMMIE”
I had a very disappointing experience with my recent micro needling appointment. I arrived 20 minutes late due to an accident on my way, and when I met with the technician “Gammie”, she pushed me to switch to a chemical peel, despite my booking for micro-needling.
After finally proceeding with my original treatment, I had to wait over 35 minutes with numbing cream on (probably attending other customer ) before being asked to fill out a consent form—this should have been handled beforehand.
The technician also argued with me when I asked to remove the numbing cream And decided to discontinue the treatment with this unfrofessional service and tech throw my clothes on table in a very rude manner.

I felt disrespected and unimportant. Very unprofessional, and I hope they improve their customer service.
